This organization takes used pill bottles, cleans them up and sends them to be used in third world countries to hand out medications. We collect pill bottles from our members and then send them to Matthew 25’s wharehouse in Ohio. Please do not send us your pill bottles. We have enough of our own with which to contend.

Coat Drive – On behalf of Tindley Temple United Methodist Church on Broad Street in Philadelphia, we will be collecting winter coats, sweaters, blankets and sweatshirts for men, women and children. As you look through your closets please consider what you may be willing to pass on to a person in need. There is a collection bin located in the Outreach area.

Offer Christ — We provide opportunities for people to commit their lives to God through baptism by water and Spirit and profession of faith.

Purpose — We nurture people in Christian living to help them find a true sense of purpose in life, learning what it means to live out their beliefs through acts of piety and acts of mercy, Christian conferencing, regular participation in the sacrament of Holy Communion, and other means of grace.

Engagement – Through engagement, we again offer and receive hospitality.
